Q. Do you collect sales tax?
A. Sales tax is collected where required and is calculated based on the shipping address at time of order placement. Any order shipping in Texas will be subject to sales tax. Sales tax may be collected when shipping to other states as well.

Q. How do I schedule my Large Parcel Delivery?
A. For any large parcel order our Delivery team will reach out to the customer directly. Delivery team sends an email when the order is ready to be scheduled.
You will receive a phone call within 24 hours to schedule the day and time of delivery.

Q. What if my Large Parcel delivery does not show up on time?
A. If you are expecting a Large Parcel delivery via our delivery team, please contact them first using the number at the bottom of the scheduling email. If they are not responsive, please contact SKGcurate customer service at 844-567-1500.

Q. What does Large Parcel White Glove cover? There is no answer here.
A. When a customer places a Large Parcel (White Glove) order with SKGcurate, it includes:
+ An appointment with a 4-hour delivery window coordinated by a delivery agent
+ Unpacking of the product
+ Assembly, if necessary
+ Placement in a room of your choosing (designated spot)
+ Removal of packing materials
+ Inspection/testing of product
White glove delivery means our delivery team brings your item(s) inside your room of choice, unwraps any packaging, installs and places the product in a space of your choosing and removes the packaging from your space.

Q. How do I know if my product qualifies for "white glove" delivery and installation?
A. Once items are in your cart, the cart will update with shipping method.

A. As of now, any product requiring assembly comes fully assembled.

Q. What is the address of SKGcurate Pickup location?
A. SKGcurate pickup facility is in Austin, Texas in relative proximity to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). The exact address for pickup will be sent via email after your order has been placed.

Q. If I choose Pickup at checkout, how long after purchase until my product is ready for pickup?
A. Once you have an order confirmation, you will receive a phone call within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding Holidays) to pick up your order.
