OVERVIEW

SKG offers multiple methods of shipping depending on size of orders and customer’s needs, shipping dimensions, and weights. Recommended shipping methods appear once items are in your cart. We strive to provide the best service and want you to be ready for your new items. We suggest reading through our order delivery process listed below.

WHERE WE SHIP

When checking out through SKGcurate (online orders) we ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Disclaimer: If you are shipping outside Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) you may be subject to additional shipping charges. If you are outside the ship zone, please call 844-567-1500 or email SKGcurate@skgtexas.com and we will be happy to help proceed with the order.

SHIP TIME

Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method (White Glove, Ground, Pick Up). For individual product lead and ship time please refer to individual product pages in the specifications section.

WHITE GLOVE

PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDER SHIPPING TO A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS REQUIRES COMPLETION OF THE LARGE PARCEL DELIVERY FORM. CLICK HERE TO SEE A PREVIEW. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECKOUT WITHOUT A COMPLETED FORM.

Due to size and/or weight of your items, we will need to send the items with a trusted delivery carrier. White Glove delivery can take up to 14-28 business days to receive purchased items after receipt of your order confirmation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

When a customer places a White Glove order with SKGcurate it includes:

+ An appointment with a 4-hour delivery window coordinated by a delivery agent + Unpacking of the product
+ Assembly, if necessary
+ Placement in a room of your choosing (designated spot)
+ Removal of packing materials + Inspection/testing of product

IMPORTANT NOTES:

White Glove does not include is any drilling, wall mounting, electrical work, structural changes, assembly and removal of non SKGcurate product.

If customer is unavailable or space of delivery is not ready our delivery team will wait up to 30 mins before leaving a scheduled delivery. This may result in a rescheduling fee.

If your order requires stair carry, you may be subject to additional fees.

When purchasing an item requiring power, please have a power outlet accessible for testing by the delivery team. Cord length will vary by product and can be found on product page. If power outlet is not within reach you may be subject to a fee or waive the right to have the item checked for defects.

GROUND

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN GROUND DELIVERY

Smaller parcels are delivered to your door. Tracking information will be provided once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any special requests, please call SKGcurate customer service at 844-567-1500.

PICK-UP

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PICK UP

When you choose Pick Up at checkout, SKGcurate is responsible for preparing your order. Any product requiring assembly can be assembled before customer Pick UP upon request. Once your order is placed, we will notify you of the exact address of pick up. SKGcurate will work with you to set the best day and time to Pick Up. Hours of operations are Monday thru Friday from 7am-3pm Central time. You will be picking up your order in our warehouse which has a loading dock for larger vehicles. Our SKGcurate team will help with loading your product and will ask that you sign for the order.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Any order that is Picked Up by the customer will void any return or exchange once signed for.

SKGcurate is not a retail location and you will not be able to Pick Up without order confirmation.

*Please note: Any product not picked up within 3 business days will result in your product being restocked. You will need to call to reschedule with customer service at 844-567-1500.
