A. We do accept other forms of payment not listed on site. We can accept all forms of checks except third party checks. We will also accept wires. Q.  When will my card be charged?

Q.  Do you collect sales tax?
A. Sales tax is collected where required and is calculated based on the shipping address at time of order placement. Any order shipping in Texas will be subject to sales tax. Sales tax may be collected when shipping to other states as well.

Q.  What if I am tax exempt?
A. Some of customers may have exemptions from sales tax and we are happy to help. Please send a copy of the resale certificate to Skgcurate@skgtexas.com along with your customer information.

Q.  How do I track my orders?

A. As of now, any product requiring assembly comes fully assembled.

Q.  What is the address of SKGcurate Pickup location?
A. SKGcurate pickup facility is in Austin, Texas in relative proximity to Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). The exact address for pickup will be sent via email after your order has been placed.

Q.  If I choose Pickup at checkout, how long after purchase until my product is ready for pickup?
A. Once you have an order confirmation, you will receive a phone call within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding Holidays) to pick up your order.
