WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Seller warrants to the original Purchaser only that the Products Seller manufactures and sells to Purchaser are free of defects in workmanship and materials, during the applicable warranty period set forth below. Warranty period set forth below is for 24-hour, 7 days a week, multi shift use (includes parts and labor to repair).
Should any failure to conform with this limited warranty appear to a Product listed below during the applicable warranty period from the date of shipment, Seller shall, upon prompt written notice, repair or replace, at its option and costs, the affected part or parts.

Antenna Workspaces, AutoStrada, Calibre, Crinion Open Table, Currents, Dividends Horizon, Morrison, Reff Profiles laminate, Rockwell Unscripted, Series 2 Storage, Template and other non-wood components (except cascade edge worksurfaces, operational parts, controls, electrical, Lighting, Series 2 Veneer Front Storage, upholstery, textiles and leathers, special or custom products, see below).

Operational parts, controls, electrical, Lighting (except light ballasts, bulbs and power supply, see below), special or custom product, wood veneer products and plywood, Currents handcrank, Interaction Counterforce, KnollStudio, Rockwell Unscripted wire bases, Spark Series seating structural elements, structural elements of all KnollStudio outdoor products including all Richard Schultz designed products, KnollExtra CPU storage and all universal storage drawers and Power Collection, k. stand (except changes in finish, see below).
Rockwell Unscripted upholstery (except textiles and leather), Office Seating upholstery, textiles, leathers and finishes. Fabric boards textiles and Smokador Collection leathers, KnollExtra Pop Up Screens.
Anchor Storage digital keypad lock, all other KnollExtra products.
Light ballasts, bulbs and power supply, seating upholstered armpads and soft armpads, wood casegoods upholstered surfaces. KnollStudio, outdoor product finishes, k. lounge upholstery and k. lounge fabric. Rockwell Unscripted fabric and accessories.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by a carrier other than the Seller (for commercial orders only).
- Normal wear and tear or acts or omissions of parties other than Seller (including user modification, improper use or installation of Products).
- COM or other third-party materials applied to Products.
- Products not installed by or under the auspices of a Knoll Dealer, or Knoll’s white glove agent network.
- Dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions.
- Changes in surface finishes, including colorfastness due to aging or exposure to light.
- Except as specifically noted above, textiles and upholstery supplied by Knoll/Textiles (consult current KnollTextiles price list for applicable warranty). Natural variations occurring in wood, marble, and leather shall not be considered defects, and the Seller does not guarantee the colorfastness or matching of the colors, grains or textures, or surface hardness of such materials. The Seller also does not guarantee the colorfastness of fiberglass panel surfaces.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS SELLING POLICY ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES THAT THE MANUFACTURER MAKES AND TAKE THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect purchases immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact your SKGcurate Customer Service team at 844-567-1500 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us at Skgcurate@skgtexas.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
Please be aware that product is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn or compromised during the original delivery trip.
Shipping charges are not refundable. SKGcurate does not accept any returns or exchanges on furniture. Floor samples and items purchased from SKGcurate Outlets or Final Sales and are sold as is, and all sales are final.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from SKGcurate are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your order is placed with a purchase order, the shipping term of FOB DWR shipping dock will supersede any shipping terms in your purchase order.
In-stock items normally ship within 1-2 business days after an order is been placed. If you order by credit card, your card will be charged at the time the order is processed. SKGcurate will accept cancellation of your order 24 hours after your order is placed. Please contact Customer Service at 844-567-1500 or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If it has been more than 24 hours since your order was placed, please contact Customer Service to see what we can do for you. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled at any time.
